Lowcountry Food Bank offering free snacks at county libraries

Charleston County Public Library and the Lowcounty Food Bank will offer free after school snacks to kids and teens between 3 – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. The collaboration is meant to alleviate child hunger with nutritious foods.
