Spend Christmas Eve with some cats and dogs at Pet Helpers

Spread festive cheer right meow

In town on Christmas Eve and looking for something a little different to do that’ll also warm your heart? Look no further than Pet Helpers, the no-kill shelter is inviting guests to stop by and spend a quiet hour with the pets that didn’t get adopted this holiday season. After the quiet hour, the Christmas story will be read, carols will be sung, and refreshments will be had.

Reservations are required for the event. Call (843) 531-6164 or email executive director Sally Price at sprice@pethelpers.org to save your spot — let them know how many people will be attending and whether you’d prefer to hang out with cats or dogs.
