The Preservation Society of Charleston is hosting a Kayce Hughes Trunk Show Sept. 28-30. Kayce Hughes’ women’s, teen’s, and children’s lines feature classic tailored styles with a hint of vintage-inspired flare — think 1950s collars and cotton with dreamy streamline seams, buttons, and waist accentuating belts. Hughes’ accessories include an array of soft leather bags, wooden clutches, hoops, bangles, cuffs, necklaces, and more. “Hughes is known for her great fabrics and everyday work clothes for women, and the children’s clothes are really just adorable and kind of whimsical,” says the Preservation Society’s retail manager Carlye Dougherty.

Shoppers will be able to view the fall line, including a number of items unavailable in stores or even online, such as the matching American Girl outfits that accompany some of the girl’s clothing. There will be a $5 flat rate shipping fee as well as free shipping on orders over $150. Head to kaycehughes.com to see her goods.
