Re: “In the Jukebox: The Plainfield Project

Are you serious? First of all, it's not 1993- white people need to stop trying to play reggae. Sublime did it, and it was stupid when they did. If you disagree with that you are either high or stupid. Second of all- really? Best local band for two years in a row? Either there is a moron only policy when it comes to voting, or the "best of" is rigged. How can you write a song called "Charlitown," (throw up) and receive that kind of credit? And do you really think that JAMES BROWN would want any rhythmic advice from these clowns? Come on, you don't really mean that do you? You don't have to shove your nose up their asses just because they are locals. Really, you don't. This is why our music scene sucks- You take a piece of shit band, put a piece of shit label on them, polish it up, and tell everyone that it is somehow as good as Clapton and Brown. How about a little honesty? Because honestly, the Plainfield Project sucks.
