Leading up to the opening of Edmund’s Oast Exchange, the beverage team from the retail establishment will begin offering a series of educational classes and tastings at Edmund’s Oast. The first in the series is a Wine School led by Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley that focuses on an Introduction to Burgundy. During the Wine School on Tuesday, January 31 starting at 6:30 p.m., attendees will taste a variety of wines focused on the major sub regions of Burgundy including Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Beaujolais.
