Prohibition’s Chef Stephen Thompson will prepare four-courses at the kick off for the Whisky Dinner series. Plates will feature regionally raised duck and seafood and will be paired with scotch tastings that include Scapa, Glenlivet 12, Glenlivet 15, and Glenlivet 21.
