Join the Center for Public Choice & Market Process for a talk from Paul Gregory about the Soviet system of the 20th century. With the 100th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution, Gregory’s talk focuses on the lessons have we learned with respect to the possibility of planning, the use of coercion and the attempts to create a new type of socialist man. Paul Gregory received his PhD from Harvard, specializing in comparative economic systems. He is currently Cullen Professor of Economics at the University of Houston and research Fellow at the Hoover Institution/Stanford.
