Weekend Round-Up: Storming into the weekend

Events for the weekend of August 21-23

We know y'all almost floated away this week — trust us, Tuesday's floodwaters came up to our car windows too (that can't be good for the car, right?) But you're here and the sun's out and there's nothing stopping you from having a rip-roarin' good time this weekend. From live music at Palmetto Brewing to three RiverDogs games to a fundraiser to save Shem Creek's fishing fleet, you've got plenty of fun stuff to choose from. To commemorate all the good memories Dusko created, party away the day at Palmetto Brewery from 2 p.m.-11 p.m. and say your teary-eyed goodbyes to Charleston's favorite locale for art and music.
