I commend that young man for his dedication to duty. It is rare to see people that will go above and beyond at work this day and age.

I remember about 5 years ago I worked for Papa John's Pizza in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. It's a city with a lot of hills and when you get a good snow storm its near impossible to get to parts of the city. One snow storm got a delivery near the top of the highest hill in the city, couldn't even come close to getting anywhere near it with my car. So I ran the pizza up the hill in the snow, it sucked and the guy didn't tip cause it took me almost an hour to get there (trudging through 18" of snow for a mile and a half took a while) but I got the job done and it felt good to accomplish something that wasn't easy to do.
