Re: “Sip Tap Room

Yeah, agree with everything already said. Three of us planned to eat dinner here two weeks ago, despite the fact that there are no prices on the website menu. Super lame, already indicates you're mainly focused on profit, not longevity. I'm not going to say something bad about someone I don't know, but the owner wasn't very pleased when we told him we were just stopping by for a beer, not dinner. I just threw it back in his face. You can't really talk down to new customers because we made a decision you didn't like. Doesn't work that way. If people are leaving, you should want to know why, be friendly about it, cut the would-be customers a deal, a beer or sweet talk them into staying. What you have to do when you are starting up a new restaurant in this ultra-competitive environment. While we wanted to chill and scope the portions, prices, and vibe, it didn't take us long to check out. I didn't see this ridiculous mustard charge yall are talking about, but I took one look at the place, and said it won't make it to April 2017. Charleston has some pretty high standards, so you gotta play the game I guess. Agree with the identity crisis comments. Look, I hope every business succeeds, it's good for the city, jobs, and the owner, but they're going to have to mix it up, and sweeten up...bigtime.

Re: “Zombie Bob's owner Ryan Dedrickson was electrocuted last week — here's how you can help

That is your response? Seriously, that's what you came up with as your strongest retort to being called out for lacking couth and appropriateness, and displaying general douchebaggery about posting some lame grammatical potential correction under an article about a man that has been severely injured? Jump off that cliff. Right now. Do it.

As a "trollslayer", do you normally sit around waiting for people to respond to your passive-aggresiveness and negativity? Sadly, I've seen you post obnoxious stuff before. I rarely even read posts/responses, but your name always seems to come up in some argument. That sounds much more like a troll, than a trollslayer. Your parents must be so proud of you and your reverse alter-ego!

On a sad note, you posted a mere 22 minutes after I posted yesterday. I checked this today, knowing you would respond. 22 minutes? You're getting more trollish by the minute. Again, friends and a job would help your angst towards the world, and yourself. You are literally receiving emails about people that post to the same article as you, hoping that they responded to you so you can continue your quest for subtly disturbing the internets. You thrive on controversy. 22 minutes. Amazing.

Find that cliff, bro.

For all the regulars out there, Imperial Lobster is at Target/21st Century Real Estate today in West Ash for Ryan's medical bills. Go support and grab a delicious, quick, fresh-from-Maine sammy.

Re: “Zombie Bob's owner Ryan Dedrickson was electrocuted last week — here's how you can help

I've never posted on CCP's website. I couldn't sit by the wayside on this one with the poor example of Charlestonians that have already posted to this article.

An empathetic human being from CCP made a decision to write a quick, informative and endearing article for community awareness, as well as to get the word out on Ryan's misfortune. To "gaston", "chrishaire" and "trollslayer", please shut down your computers and make the stand to start taking better care of your mental health. If all three of you find it appropriate to "facebook" yourselves with this useless and inappropriate chatter, then find a shrink, some exercise, some real live friends...and just get healthy. All three of you lack empathy and are weird, soulless and most importantly, bored. Facebook and whatever else from our current internet culture have pickled your mind to the point where you don't actually FEEL anything, other than the pointless, baseless, and useless need to just post something cynical about "electrocution". You are all three sad, sad individuals. And you don't even provide a solution to your pathetic issue. Why say anything??? So now you're just whining and complaining and trolling for no reason other than to cover-up your loneliness and insecurities. Stop hiding behind your screen, go take a walk, make some friends, find some peace with the world, and most importantly, stop staining unfortunate articles and unfortunate readers with furthered negativity and your innate narcissistic need to be heard. Get a damned life, fools.

As for Ryan, we, the good people of this community, are saddened to hear of this tragedy. We know you will continue to mend, and cannot wait to see you back out there working and serving your loyal patrons and this fantastic city. Best of luck on your recovery, and here's to continued, future success. Cheers to you, your health and your family.
