Award-winning owner and Australian winemaker Trevor Jones will be a guest speaker at a four-course seated dinner, showcasing his Australian wines. The menu will be designed and prepared by Exec. Chef Frank Lee and Chef de Cuisine Jim Walker with wine pairings by Patrick Emerson, Wine and Beverage Director.
