Ted's final craft beer dinner of the year features an eclectic selection of festive craft beers and four courses prepared by Chef Eva Kielty and her team. The menu pairs pulled pork and polenta fritters with Great Divide Fresh Hop ale, housemade ricotta and sage dumplings with Bell's Brewery Christmas Ale, duck confit "pot pie" and caramelized carrots and truffle butter peas with Great Divide Hibernation Ale, and brioche cheesecake bread pudding with Southern Tier Pumking.
