Re: “Your problem isn't with Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson, it's with the Bible

I find it rather unfortunate that the writer of this article takes this particular stance and wholly subjective interpretation of a major canonical literary, and religious tome; as well as new believers in general. His position and style of writing is not necessarily to report, but to voice his own subjective sentiment and, quite frankly, anger, and stir up a messy pot of emotions, sentiments, and beliefs from the the readers: sensationalism; and simply tabloid (in the pejorative sense) journalism.
I've known writers and the founders of the Charleston City Paper, as well as William from Poor William's Omnibus... and even William, who was out, would not descend to such sensationalism, and unfortunately, tabloid [sensationalist] journalism (but, it's not journalism is it? op-ed, perhaps?).
And yes, while this is a '...rabid rant...', I just can't get past his particular blog-like, unprofessional, non-journalistic, writing style and rabid, sweeping, fly-by, uninformed, and subjective view of the ideology and teachings of Christianity and the Bible: you know, the idea of the new found Christian saving his "sorry ass" has potential to be an intriguing article. It's just rather unfortunate that he was unable to intelligently, and whole-heatedly explore the particulars of it. Where did this boy learn to write? or think? It appears to me, at least, that he did not.
On a final note, I wonder if he gets an erection from all of the sensational comments that he has, most seemingly, and effortlessly garnered? Or was it from his own subjective thoughts and jargon whilst he was penning this?

[It is a fact the the CCP is, in fact, a tabloid publication based on its page dimensions.]
