My week was spent in and around Marion Square, completely consumed by Charleston Fashion Week and all of its afterparties. If you didn't go this year, it's worth checking out next year, but I wouldn't recommend an all-week pass. We were lucky enough to have an amazing weekend weather wise, and I could tell the younger crowd was definitely hittin' the beaches on Saturday and Sunday. After a week's worth of socializing and trying to control myself around lots of free drinks, I mellowed out to Music Under the Oaks on Sunday afternoon on the College of Charleston Cistern lawn. Jazz and chamber music filled the blocks surrounding the event and everyone had a wonderful time, and I chowed down on a Nacho Royale from Juanita's for most of the day. On Monday night, Trademark Properties hosted a swanky party at The Riviera to screen their new TLC show, The Real Deal. Next week looks a lot more diverse. I'm sure spring fever will continue unabated as the weather continues to heat up and the flowers get prettier and prettier.
