Butter cream and fondant mediums will be demonstrated, and a variety of techniques will be taught such as ruffles, piped embroidery, edible sugar pearls, pattern transfer, lace, stencils, drapes, molding and bows. As a grand finale, students will create a three-tier dummy cake, including a sugar flower cake topper made of roses, daisies, stephanotis and ivy.
