Chef Frank Lee returned from a recent trip to French inspired to craft a four-course bistro menu and pair it with French wines. The menu includes poached mussels, trout almondine, braised lamb shoulder, and mocha pot de crème. Wine and Beverage Director Patrick Emerson will select pairings for each course.
