Sustainable Seafood Dinner 

When: Tue., Aug. 20, 7:30 p.m. 2013
Italian fare featuring fresh, sustainable seafood. Executive Chef Alfredo Temelini will create five dishes using the freshest and finest ingredients, paired with hand-selected wine. American Harvest Organic Spirit will be on hand with a signature cocktail. The Aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Coordinator, Shelley Dearhart, will share informatio on sustainable seafood and what species are the best choices when eating out and at home.
