Join the South Carolina Aquarium and Chef Iverson Brownell for an intimate night of hands-on sustainable cooking next to the expansive views of the Charleston Harbor. During the class, the attendees will help prepare a sustainable seafood dish, then have the opportunity to enjoy the dish paired with wine out on the Rooftop Terrace.
