End of the rainbow

Park Circle hosts their 14th annual St. Patrick’s Day block party and parade in the Lowcountry this Saturday. The celebration features live music on three different stages, street vendor fare from North Charleston restaurants, local food trucks, and art works from the North Charleston Artist Guild. Since the St. Patrick’s Day celebration will be family-friendly, attendees can also look forward to a kids’ zone including jump castles, an inflatable obstacle course, a fire truck, face painting, and a mechanical bull. The parade kicks off on Park Place East (which is adjacent to East Montague Ave/across from Park Circle Community Center), and finishes on Virginia Avenue. The Mayor of North Charleston Keith Summey, the North Charleston High School Band, and many more will perform throughout the parade. Some of the live music performers will include; Mark Schuler, All Purpose Remedy, and Axus.
