The Southern Season Cooking Class: Wine and Local Seafood, will be taught by Fred Nixon and Marilyn Markel. Fred will choose four wines that will pair well with three seafood dishes prepared by Marilyn. The seafood will be chosen based on what is local and in-season. Some items that will be prepared are Fish with Summer Vegetables and Compound Butter en Papillote and Prosciutto-Wrapped Fish with Spicy Remoulade.
