The Southern Season Cooking Class, Grains: Gluten-Free and Versatile, will be taught by Nanci Kestenbaum, a Cooking School Supervisor. Throughout this class Nanci will teach you how to incorporate ancient grains into modern day dishes. Some of these gluten-free dishes include Quinoa Wild Rice Pilaf and Grilled Teff Wedges with Portobello Mushrooms.
