Slow Food Reception

Price: $10 Slow Food members; $15 non-members
Slow Food Charleston will host the founder of the Slow Food Movement, Carlo Petrini. At this special reception, he will sign copies of his new book, Terra Madre, which explores how to continue helping the local food movements around the world grow. Hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by McCrady’s chef Sean Brock, highlighting produce and meat grown on Thornhill Farm in McClellanville.
