Winemaker Jerry Sass of the Sass Winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley will be on hand to discuss his pinot noir, pinot blanc, pinot gris, chardonnay, Riesling, sauvignon blanc and rose of Syrah, which will be paired with four courses designed by Chef Forrest Parker.
