I certainly hope that Charlestonians can expand their palate to include the wonders of rum. Whether it be the funky flavors of Jamaica, the grassy sugar cane rums of Martinique, or even the younger rums of local distilleries like High Wire or Striped Pig. I personally am looking forward to visiting Cane as often as possible. A well-made Rum Old Fashion, Ti Punch, Corn N' Oil, or Barbados Rum Punch are fantastic cocktails. Count me into their rum club now!
