Winemaker Michael Cox will join Patrick Emerson, the Maverick Group's wine expert, to discuss the wine making process at Schug and provide tasting notes during a five-course dinner. The menu will begin with Benton’s pork belly, followed by a Thai-inspired Barramundi dish, and a duo of grilled lamb chop and garlic sausage.
