Ever begun to shake in a yoga posture? Tighten your jaw? Throw darts at the teacher from the backs of your eyes? These are unhealthy nervous system responses to yoga. Prana Flow, created by Shiva Rea, is a system of yoga that awakens rhythmic body movements connecting us to our breath wave. This liberates us from a fight/flight response and awakens strength, fluidity and inner meditation. We feel the underlying steadiness in the storms of life both on and off the mat.
