Rest Park Farm, run by fifth-generation farmer Urbie West and his son, Ashby, has a long history of farming with natural and sustainable practices. The warmer climate at Rest Park's 800-acre farm in Beaufort allows their CSA customers to get their favorite fresh produce — like Certified S.C. Grown tomatoes and bell peppers — for longer seasons. They have multiple CSA drop-off locations in Charleston, including Earth Fare, the Jewish Community Center, and Ted's Butcherblock. Pinckney's spring CSA is 12 weeks, beginning in April and running through the end of June.
