Chef Michael Scognamiglio hosts a wine dinner with Crushed featuring wines from the Taliano Michele Vineyard in the Piedmont region of Italy. Five courses include celery sformato with Roera Arneis and risotto with Barbera. A representative from the winery will be on hand.
