Just like and Food Network Show, or anything like that...of course you can't keep saying it was great throughout the article. You raved about everything until the end. You had to be a writer here, you needed ups and downs to be a dramatic, "good" writer. I have yet to ever see a revue where everything was amazing, it's just your job. BBQ places, the best ones, aren't overall "hottie toytie" venues that can be equaled to restaurants that need your artsy revues like Husk, Oak, etc. The food is at Swig and Swine is amazing, it's BBQ, it doesn't need your 5 star, creative writeup that you got a 90 on in college. This is real life food, a real life experience. It dominates your body, mouth and nose when you walk in, thats all the review you need. Start living your life and enjoy the simple things like smoked Brisket, Pork and sides, you will be a lot happier than worrying about an awkward leaf that was in the collard greens.
