The Toller family has served Charleston for over 73 years at Mt. Pleasant Seafood, sourcing locally as much as possible. Now owned and operated by Peggy Toller-Fitch, you can still stock up on their fresh catch at the Mt. Pleasant Farmers Market, or just head to One Seafood Drive on Shem Creek to choose from a large variety of crab meat, fresh local shrimp, scallops, littleneck clams, and fish like grouper, mahi mahi, dolphin, tuna, and wahoo (Mon.-Sat. 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Sun. 10 a.m.-6 p.m.). Mt. Pleasant Seafood will also cater and help you set up an oyster roast or shrimp boil.
