Re: “Rick Perry proposes to make Washington inconsequential

Perry a conservative... HA! HA! Perry says the President should be a leader and has stated that he would take a pay cut if elected. Fact is... Gov. Perry took advantage of a loophole offered to elected officials in Texas and 'retired on paper' from the 'employee class' of the pension plan while still keeping his job, but now collects a taxpayer funded pension of nearly $8000.00 a month along with his $150,000.00 a year salary as Governor. And when Perry finally retires, taxpayers will pay Perry an even higher pension. Perry appears nothing more than another politician looking after his own self.

Gov. Perry claims to be an outsider... yet Perry met with Washington 'insiders' and lobbyists last year. Perry outlandishly suggests making Congress a part-time Congress. HA! That will never happen and is pure bull. Perry is himself an 'insider' having been in public office in Texas for over 20 years.

Perry is not a fiscal conservative. Under Perry the cost of running Texas government has DOUBLED! Perry supported the creation of a new Business Margins TAX in Texas. As a Legislator, Perry supported the then largest Texas tax hike of $5.7 billion dollars.

Perry supports giving illegals the much lower in-state tuition. Perry was against the tough AZ immigration law. Perry is soft on amnesty.

Perry signed SB313 into law on June 17, 2011 that strips voters in some Texas counties of their RIGHT TO VOTE against being forcibly placed into a neighboring water district. No DUE PROCESS was ever given to the people. So much for the Constitution and DUE PROCESS.

Perry and cronyism go hand in hand as Perry has control over two taxpayer funded funds that has granted millions of dollars to some of Perry's biggest campaign donors.

Perry issued an Executive Order mandating that all sixth grade girls get the questionable Gardasil vaccine. (The opt out was actually a written request for one and not a given.)
