Re: “Best Veterinarian

Ohlandt has always been one of the best veterinarians in Charleston - along with Patrick Veterinary Clinic! Congratulations! Up for the WORST veterinarian would be Thomas Sheridan of the Folly Road Animal Hospital - read about this "incompetent and unprofessional" veterinarian (according to the SC Veterinary Board) on sheridantruth.com

Re: “Hassled Local Vet, S.C. Policy Get Industry Spotlight

Formal Complaint Against Thomas Sheridan Folly Road Animal Hospital by the SC Veterinary Board 2009
http://www.llr.state.sc.us/POL/Veterinary/…

Below is the link to the SC Veterinary Board's Consent Agreement in response to the Formal Complaint. Sheridan's license was suspended, then stayed, and he is operating under a probationary status. He had to pay $500.00 fine plus costs of the investigation. He was ordered to take a pre-approved course in abdominal surgery. And it was determined that Sheridan VIOLATED the Veterinary Practice Act or a regulation promulgated by the Board. AND Sheridan "WAS DETERMINED TO BE INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT IN THE PRACTICE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE!"

Re: “FEATURE ‌ The Revolution Will Be Blogged

UPDATE: The civil case unvolving Thomas Sheridan scheduled for May 30, 2007 was settled. The moral of the story is: If you can't get no satisfaction from the SC Veterinary Board - haul the veterinarian into Small Claims Court - it will effect their insurance, they will have to hire an attorney and will probably settle.

Watch Channel 2 tonight (11/28/2006)@ 6:00 for a special report on the cruelty of Thomas Sheridan and the RIDICULOUS excuses that the SC Aquarium uses to keep him around. My pet was a victim too and NO ONE should have to go through the heartbreak of knowing that someone that you should be able to trust abused your beloved pet!
