Make pork and chicken medallions bananas foster style, pirogues stuffed with crab, Andouille and chicken gumbo, crawfish and wild mushroom cheesecake with green onion coulis and Creole vegetable confit. Class will be held in Building 920 on TTC’s Main Campus in North Charleston.
