The Oxford American premieres its 2010 Southern Food Issue. Chef Sean Brock will discuss the ways in which he rethinks Lowcountry cuisine, using meat glue, Dr. Pepper sauce, and other creative interpretations. Chef Brock will also conduct a behind-the-scenes tour of McCrady's, followed by a discussion with John T. Edge and participating writers. Matt & Ted Lee, Chef Frank Stitt, and other Southern food icons will be on hand. Extremely limited tickets. All proceeds benefit The Oxford American, a nonprofit organization.
