Jeff Spahr, owner and head fisherman of, will deliver Bulls Bay oysters for $35 a bushel to your home. Spahr plants his oysters, harvests, and then cleans them. He also has fresh, local shrimp and is open seven days a week. He runs his business online, so all you do is visit his website, fill out an order form, and wait for a rep to call and confirm a delivery time. Orders take three to four days to process, and the oysters are usually dropped off a few hours before your roast. LocalOysters' delivery area spans from Summerville to McClellanville.
