Afro-Cuban artist Roberto Diago will be featured in the Halsey's latest multimedia exhibition, La Historia Recordada. The exhibit includes Diago's artworks, lectures, and films, and is connected to a larger campus-wide program at CofC. Diago's work is often a direct criticism of racism in Cuba and explores the roots and role of slavery in Cuban history and culture. There will be several events held in conjunction with the exhibit, including an opening reception, gallery talk, and lecture.
