Brad Ball of Social Restaurant + Wine Bar teamed up with two other local companies — Grassroots Wine and Fuzzco — to create a new brand of sparkling wine, this one aimed squarely at the burgeoning Millennials, a generation that has lots of discerning taste but maybe not a lot of money. The wine is made from Chilean grapes and is available for toasting at Social, Caviar & Bananas, and the Gin Joint. —Stephanie Barna
