Join Michelle, our Kundalini guru, for an afternoon of radiance, inspiration, and peace of mind. Kundalini Yoga uses asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), mantras (sound vibrations), meditation, and mudras (hand postures) in Kriyas. The Kriya chosen to implement will be Healthy Mental Balance with Aura + Abdominal Strengthening + Meditation for a Calm Mind. Through Kundalini, the body becomes open and receptive to change and healing. The practice of this yoga can give you the strength, courage and radiance to meet all of life’s challenges gracefully and promote optimum physical and emotional health. All levels welcome!
