Re: “The Agenda: Sessions visits N. Chs.; Scott sits down with Vice News; Paying twice for VC Summer failure?

It's funny the Ratepayers representatives were made to look like kids eating at the big kids table. See even as Marsh was publicly advertising we would like to complete one unit he was posturing to get money from Toshiba (2.2B) in a manner that would be paid regardless of completion. He cut off buying new materials 10days prior to Santee withdrawal. Southern received over 3B and completion percentage was the same. Why the difference? Marsh was looking for a exit. The guy found out he could collect rate payers checks collect Toshiba money and rake in the profits for the short term. Make 4-6B in 12 mnths vs 4-6B in 12yrs. Business decision only benefit the stockholders and ultimately his pockets regardless of him saying it is for the best interest of the state and customers. Make no mistake they gain nothing from this. He had to blindside the PSC because if they had time to check the numbers supporting abandonment it would quickly become clear how criminally negligent the assumptions are regarding estimate to complete. Yes I said criminal because his actions were criminal in an attempt to defraud customers. He recently withdrew from the abandonment proposal to allow the fire to fan out. The guy is a crook. If one were to challenge assumptions made and if anyone wants the real numbers not those feeding a agenda they are available and most people I know still have computers with saved data that will support any of the above mentioned statements. It's time the PSC take a look. Protect those you swore in to represent. The case against SCE&G is pretty simple and easy to prove. I will give any and all need.
