Maria Baldwin operates Thornhill Farm in McClellanville along with two stores. The first is located at the farm, and the second, called Kitchen Table Cuisine Market, is on Clements Ferry Road. Both locations stock many local products, which are also sold online via her KTC grocery service. You can have an entire larder’s worth of goods delivered to your house: free range chicken from Thornhill, freshly caught grouper from Abundant Seafood, Rio Bertolini pasta, Thornhill eggs, Happy Cow Creamery cheeses, freshly made chicken stock, seasonal organic produce, and much more. They also pre-make dishes that vary with availability. Last year we saw succotash made with pink-eyed peas, okra, eggplant, and peppers. A one-time $15 membership fee will be added to your first purchase. This fall, you can also sign up for the Thornhill Farm CSA, delivering anywhere from 6-10 pounds of fresh produce to customers around the Lowcountry.
