Re: “Clint Eastwood focuses on the wrong parts of Chris Kyle's life in American Sniper

I just watched this film. I was moved completely by the path that Eastwood took with this story. The simple fact is...he stuck with the story. A simple man with simple and genuine morals, a mission instilled by his father. The "sheepdog" concept never left me while experiencing this film. I love that it was very humble movie, about a humble man that had an extrodinary ability to protect others in very extreme situations. War is war. The need to glorify the blood and guts or attempt to exploit a hero that was clearly respected and did the best he possibly could to walk the good walk in life would have offended me. Thank you to all involved for this special movie experience.
