Re: “Blotter: Gotta piss 'em off

Therefore, SC Base Load Review Act CANNOT be a LEGAL GROUND for overcharging SCE&G kWh ratepayers. PERIOD!
There are basic physics formula = Energy = Power x Time and that the Base Load is 100% (24/7 = 365 days annually = 8760 hours per year) time in operation. BLRA 70% apply to rated Power, which can be adjusted to real demands. Those simple rules have being learned in less than ONE hour by my students (in Europe and in SC). The “public servants” who were present in this ORS/PSC billion-dollar decision could not learn these formulas since 2008.
In all annual requests (9th time since 2008) SCANA + ORS + PSC are showing to over three million victims “their arrogant power of monopolistic slavery”. In 21st Century SC kWh ratepayers and SC taxpayers voices are ignored but their money is taken illegally anyway - a billion after a billion dollars! Also some$$ are used for bribing “public servants”. May I, as an American teacher (being placed in top 2% among them by my cum laude students), deliver them a grade “F”? But the question still is “who will fire these servants”, Donald J. Trump? Is it funny?
After a reading, do you have your own idea how to end this scandal where white-collar criminals are stealing your money?
Georgian utilities are building their twin plant in Vogtle using US DOE $8.3 Billion. Is Georgia’s basic education better than in SC?
SC children suffer from heat waves in the homes trying to save on overcharged electricity as a result of SCANA / SCE&G scandal...

Re: “Blotter: Gotta piss 'em off

1. To SCANA (NYSE:SCG) =“Thou shalt not steal” from SCE&G kWh ratepayers because …
2. “Thou shalt know that SC Base Load Review Act do not apply to the non-base load nuclear plant in Jenkinsville SC”

Re: “As Charleston's tent cities grow, other communities find tangible solutions

Returned punitive damages from SCANA (NYSE:SCG) fraud would be enough for these charities.

Electric kWh ratepayers are illegally forced to finance the first nuclear plant in Jenkinsville SC instead from federal available Bush-Obama stimulus.

Call SC politicians in Washington DC:…
_Candidate for the USA President -
Senator Lindsay Graham - (202) - 224-5972
_Senator Tim Scott (202) - 224 - 6121
_Representative Jim Clyburn (202) - 225-3315 or (803) 799-1100 or
(802)-854-4700 or (843) - 662- 1212

… and ask to intervene in South Carolina Electric and Gas /A SCANA scandal to stop damaging our budgets and return our money from overcharged electric kWh rates.

Re: “SCE&G seeks yet another rate hike to fund a struggling nuclear project

First = This article is written, the first time in SC, with the real professional analysis of SCANA/SCE&G “cancer”, which hurts the economy, residents and businesses budgets. It started in 2008 and is growing from the illegally forced overcharged kWh rates (the felony of false claimed “other people’s money”). “Bravo and Bis (in an international style ) and the laud APPLAUSE in our American styles for the author - Mr. Paul Bowers !!!

At Least = SCANA/SCE&G false claimed Base Load Review Act created this white-collar crime and shall be removed as fast as Confederate Flag was done in SC Assembly. Mr. Jim Merrill, please help US!
Individually returned money to illegally (compensatory and punitive damages) overcharged ratepayers can easily cover solar panels on roofs, especially for retirees to make them more independent in outages. Important for the SC judicial system is the elimination of non-ethical and/or incompetent lawyers.
A discussion about nuclear technology just to defend criminals is irrelevant here.

Re: “Scammers posing as SCE&G target local businesses

SCE&G /A SCANA Compny white-collar fraud collected already billions of dollars from their victims. According to False Claim Act it is a violation as a „reaping“ is. Here. there are over three million victims including veterans, retirees, military and other families with children.
One Lexingtom lawyer got 63 month imprisonment from less that 3 million dollars fraud from US judge Margaret B. Seymour. How much should get K.Chad Burgess - the SCANA conselor for the three Billions „organized crime“ (a sarcasm well supported)? A simple multiplication gives: 1000 times more or 63,000 months = 5,250 years, a little more than Mr. Bernard Madoff got for his scam, right? Anybody who block this fact do obstruct the justice, everybody who approve another increases will support criminal negligence of all victims budgets and breach her/his own pleadge for „..liberty and justice for all“. As public servant, paid by SC taxpayers, s/he is guilty of conspiracy and, maybe braibery. These what we have been taught in the USA scholls. Stop financial rapes!!!
