Re: “Exploring Raw Milk

We live in a country where we are constantly mislead especially when it comes to matters regarding diet. Raw milk is completely different from "pasteurized" milk in several ways. First of all raw milk is a COMPLETE protein and contains living enzymes that assist our body in its digestion. When milk is "pasteurized" it is heated to either 160 or 180 degrees (depending on type of pasteurization) and this heat destroys the life energy and enzymes in the milk - thereby turning it into an INCOMPLETE protein that our body cannot digest properly. Raw milk is completely safe and has at least as long a shelf life as pasteurized milk as long as it is kept well chilled. I drink this particular milk myself and can personally attest that I feel much better after drinking this milk than I would if I had drank a glass of pasteurized milk.
