Berg, it's been about a year since I ate at McCrady's (though I'd be there far more often if I could), and the egg I saw was in a Brock-style cobb. They weren't pushing it as breakfast, as the beef here is about. I have to agree that making breakfast out of a weekday menu by sticking eggs, bacon, and hollandaise on it is insulting. Certain restaurants in Charleston think brunch is achieved by doing this to their "easy on the kitchen" sandwiches and offering it up on a one-page menu rather than the regular full one.
