Re: “Holy City Brewing's new kitchen Suelto takes playful risks that pay off

Bringing the kids to a brewery/food establishment such as this one is quite the norm these days. Seriously, she even mentioned the kids playing at the corn hole boards in the article, and a brewery like this, with outdoor seating and open spaces is a more than satisfactory atmosphere for a few youngins. Holy City has even hosted fundraising events for Charleston Birth Place, where scores and scores of kids and babies and families came and chilled for an afternoon. That's all ok, and good, especially when parents are responsible, look after their spawn, and don't drink to excess.

What's not super cool is assuming a brewery should in fact cater to children by providing them with their own separate menu. They're fine with them being there, but they aren't going to build a play place and start offering chicken nuggets. You want your kid to roll with the grownups, teach him to eat grown up food like the rest of us.
