No,Cid, this is why no one should take Sam Spence seriously. First I would say neither is fit for the office, and I would also point out I was a vocal opponent to Nikki Haley from day one. After reading this, read his half-assed attempt to plant blame on Nikki Haley for a purchase by a previous administration.
