Billed as a Southern brasserie, Henrietta’s is the Dewberry Hotel’s flagship restaurant. The frequently changing menu is decidedly upscale with a France-meets-New Orleans focus. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, recent menu highlights included buckwheat crepes with homemade ricotta, a decadent croque madame with house-cured ham, and delicate flounder grenobloise with kumquats and brown butter.
