If there ever was a revolution, we would want it to involve nationwide access to raw milk. Until that happens, Happy Cow Creamery provides a select group of people in the know with the next best option: low-pasteurized milk products. Happy Cow butter, milk, and cheese are all made on Tom Trantham's 100-acre farm in Pelzer. Folks travel from all over to get their hands on his dairy products. Trantham's low-temperature vat-pasteurization process does little to disturb milk's natural nutritious enzymes. Full-fat cream milk is good for the body, and the cows at Happy Cow Creamery are actually happy. They graze in open fields and eat only the top portion of organically grown grasses.
