Chef Sean Brock from McCrady’s teams up with Ocean Room Chef Nathan Thurston to present a four-course prix fixe dinner, celebrating the spring harvest.

First Course: Charleston Stone Crab, Spring Peas, Eucalyptus Ice Cream, Basil

Second Course: Wild Local Shrimp, Virginia Peanuts, Cilantro, Lime

Main Course: Brock Farms Heirloom Pork, Charred Onions, Beets, Date Just

Cheese Course: Split Creek Farms Goat Cheese & Ricotto Cheese, Wadmalaw Strawberry, Almonds, Basil

Dessert: Smoked Chocolate, Marshmallow, Wheat, Cinnamon
