Zero George Cooking School will kick off their summer guest chef series by hosting a demonstration style class with Brys Stephens, an author, food writer, and consultant based in Charleston. Stephens will be highlighting some of his favorite dishes from his latest cookbook, The New Southern Table, as well as demonstrating helpful techniques like salt-crusting pork and tempura frying. The four-course menu includes Mixed Tempura-Fried Vegetables with Aioli; Dandelion and Peach Salad with Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds; Salt-Crusted Pork and Chocolate Ice Cream with Herbes de Provence Sea Salt. Each course will be paired with wines.
